Civil and structural works cover excavation, foundations, and reinforced-concrete and steel structures: the frame of every building.
MEP works deliver the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services that make a building usable: HVAC, power, lighting, water, drainage and firefighting.
Building work at healthcare sites must not interrupt power or clinical services.
Al Mespar sequenced the works and switch-overs with the facility team so that services were not interrupted.
The cluster now has upgraded electrical rooms. The project is part of Al Mespar’s wider work for the Ministry of Health.
