Dammam Medical Complex is one of the main public hospitals of the Eastern Health Cluster. The third-floor development turned an existing floor into fully equipped clinical space. Al Mespar delivered the project end to end, combining its Construction Division with its Low Current & Integrated Systems Division: construction, MEP, HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, nurse call and finishing works under one contract.

Finishing and fit-out works complete the interior to the required standard: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and specialist finishes.
MEP works deliver the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services that make a building usable: HVAC, power, lighting, water, drainage and firefighting.
A nurse call system lets patients call for assistance from bed, bathroom or accessible WC, alerting staff at the nurse station and in the corridor.
A nurse call system lets patients call for assistance from bed, bathroom or accessible WC, alerting staff at the nurse station and in the corridor.
Developing a floor inside an operating hospital means working to strict infection-control, safety and noise requirements while keeping the rest of the hospital running normally.
Running construction, MEP and low current works with one team reduced interfaces and sped up decisions. Work zones were isolated so clinical services elsewhere were not disturbed.
The Ministry of Health received a complete, ready-to-use hospital floor, with the construction and building systems supplied by a single contractor.
